Error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object

I have a problem with my EZ update I cant finish my EZ update. I have always an error: Contacting update service... error! The ATP service cannot process the update request: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

If you subscribe to a Cessna/Cesview library, Please take the following steps to correct this issue:

1 - Click on your Start Menu
2 - Click on Programs / All Programs
3 - Locate your ATP folder, Click on NavigatorV® 
4 - Select Product Registration
5 - Highlight your Cessna library and click on Remove Selected Product
6 - When removed, Click on close button

Restart your NavigatorV® and Run EZ Update.

Once EZ Update has completed, Shut NavigatorV® program down and Follow steps 1-4, then:

- Re-enter your Product & Access code for Cessna library.
- Click on Add New Product
- When new Product Code is installed, Click on close button.

This will prompt for an update.
